Will an EBikeKit work with my existing bicycle?
Most of our conversion kits are designed to be universal. They typically fit standard 100mm front forks or 135mm rear dropouts. We recommend checking your wheel size and frame clearance before purchasing.
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Battery range depends on the capacity (Ah) of the pack, terrain, and rider weight. On average, our standard lithium-ion batteries provide between 25 to 45 miles of assisted riding.
Do you offer international shipping for battery packs?
Due to strict hazardous materials regulations, we currently only ship large lithium batteries within the contiguous United States and select regions in Canada via ground freight.
What is your return policy for installed kits?
We offer a 30-day return period for unused items in original packaging. If a kit has been installed, a restocking fee may apply, and the item must be in like-new condition to qualify for a refund.
Are the conversion kits waterproof for rainy weather?
Our motors and connectors are IP65 rated, meaning they are water-resistant and safe for use in light to moderate rain. However, we do not recommend submerging the components or using high-pressure washers.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All EBikeKit motors and batteries come with a comprehensive 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. Extended warranty plans are available at the time of checkout.
